- All returns must be completed within one month of the purchase date. (Receipts must be checked)
- All necessary services are viable for the first year after purchase. (Receipts must be checked to confirm the date of purchase.)
- Repairs:

- The Contact Center is located in Dallas, TX. They are open 09:00 ~ 17:00pm (CST) or 07:00 ~ 15:00 (EST).
- All repair requests should be made by contacting the Contact Center.
- There are no Service Centers in Florida. The Repair Centers are located in two different states: California (LA) and New Jersey.
- Customers located in other states will need to ship their products to one of the two Repair Centers via UPS. (The Service Center will guide the customers through this process.)
- If the repair request is made within 1 year since the purchase date, per our service policy, the UPS fee will not be part of the charge.
